Through the help of members and volunteers with a heart to serve, our non-profit organization works to provide quality resources and training opportunities that will allow individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals. What We Offer
3T Legacy Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Program
Program Mission: Equipping youth ages sixteen to twenty-five with knowledge, skills and resources in preparation for employment to become independent productive citizens in the Harris, Brazoria, Ft. Bend, and Montgomery Counties.
Who do We Serve: The target audience are at-risk, marginalized, low-income young boys and girls ages 16 to 25, who may also be living in a single-parent home.
How do They Gain Access to Services: Participants may access our services through a single point of entry through our website or by attending free online webinars and locally scheduled seminars and workshops.
What is the Problem We Aim to Solve: Aid certain youth in the elimination of socioeconomic barriers thereby providing accessibility to educational and training resources to achieve personal and professional goals.
What is the Recommended Solution: To provide the leadership required for promoting mentoring, unity, and the need for collaborations, alliances and partnerships for the target population.
Expected Outcome to Determine Success: 3T Legacy will develop and facilitate the logic model for unity by connecting like services and making services fit the need of the target audience. 3T Legacy will serve as a bridge between the target audience within the community and the resources based on donors, agencies and or businesses. This venture will reduce the number of disadvantaged youth due to gaps in the systems and thereby create a foundation for services to be obtained.
Expected Impact: Partnership and collaboration can go a long way in creating a strong and better community. In addition to pushing our mission forward, partnership and collaboration can provide stability (financial and non-financial) while achieving shared goals. Participants will graduate from high school, secondary college or university, and become professionally successfully employed citizens in an enhanced and improved community.
